​Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us; it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes
schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Reschedule

  • 1st time…. you can reschedule any time.

  • 2nd time…. you can reschedule only within two weeks of the original appointment.

  • 3rd time…. you can reschedule only within two weeks of the 2nd rescheduled appointment with an additional 50% charge of the price for the service(s) booked.

Cancellation

  • 1st…. ok

  • 2nd…. ok, but you will be an additional 50% charge of the price for the service(s) booked.

  • 3rd - you can book again, but you will be an additional 100% charge for the service(s) booked.

No show

  • For all Clients…. you can’t book more than two weeks out from the cancelled date.

  • New clients…. you can book again, but you have to pay 100% of what you booked previously.

  • Existing clients…. you can book again, but you have to pay 100% of what you booked for previously.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
